Sales Role - Banking (1-3 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are hiring a dedicated Sales Officer to promote and sell banking products, build strong customer relationships, and help achieve organizational sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Market and sell banking products such as savings accounts and current accounts.
- Actively identify and acquire new customers through leads and referrals.
- Maintain excellent client relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team's performance.
- Provide solutions to customer needs while adhering to banking regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduation preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in BFSI or similar sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual.
- Local candidates aged 21-32 years
- good knowledge of the area are preferred.
