We are looking for a passionate and driven Branch Relationship Manager to join in this exciting role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with our customers, providing them with personalized financial solutions, and driving business growth for our branch.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers across all segments (individuals, small businesses)

- Proactively understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking products and services (savings accounts, current accounts, loans, investments etc.)

- Manage and grow a designated portfolio of assigned clients

- Achieve individual and branch sales targets for new accounts, deposits, and loans

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries and issues.

- Maintain a deep understanding of all bank products and services to offer expert advice

- Develop strong relationships with other branch team members to ensure seamless customer experience.

- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

Qualifications:

-Graduate in any field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or relationship management (preferred)

-Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
