Sales Role - Bank (1-5 yrs)
As a Sales Officer, your main role is to sell banking products and services, build customer relationships, and meet sales targets.
- You will offer personalized solutions to customers, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to the overall growth of the bank.
Responsibilities :
- Acquisition : Identify and approach potential customers for CASA accounts, conduct presentations, and facilitate account openings.
- Customer Management : Build and maintain strong customer relationships, address inquiries, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Sales Targets- : Achieve and exceed CASA sales targets, cross-sell banking products, and strategize to increase CASA deposits.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with regulations, maintain accurate records, and follow KYC guidelines.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven sales experience (0 moth to 3 years) in banking or financial services.
- Strong interpersonal skills, understanding of customer needs, and knowledge of CASA products and regulations.
