We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The Assistant Sales Manager will work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, achieve sales targets, and ensure the overall success of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to meet company objectives.

- Assist in setting sales targets and quotas for the sales team, and monitor their progress regularly.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new market opportunities and potential clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.

- Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new sales team members.

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
