Sales Role - Bank (1-2 yrs)
The Assistant Sales Manager will work closely with the sales team, customers, and internal departments to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.
- Provide support to the sales team by actively participating in sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales presentations.
- Coordinate and manage sales activities, ensuring timely and accurate sales reporting, tracking, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer service,
- Support the development and implementation of sales training programs to enhance the sales team's skills and knowledge.
- Assist in the identification and evaluation of new market opportunities and potential customers.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas of improvement and recommend strategies for increased sales performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to ensure a competitive edge.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or a related role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities,
- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment,
- Knowledge of the industry and its products/services is desirable
