Sales Role - Bank (0-7 yrs)
Job Profile :
- The incumbent would be responsible for acquisition of new to bank customers through external individual efforts and existing customer references.
- The incumbent would be responsible for handholding the acquired customers for initial 3 months and depending of the relationship .
- Excellent networking and acquisition skills
- Knowledge of local language and area with good communication skills.
Sales Profiles.
- To source customers for Current Account, Savings Account Products of the bank. Customers to be sourced from individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, corporates.
- Revenue Generation, Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention, Cost Efficiency Through Process
-Hardcore sales mentality. Primary motivation from achievement of targets. A hunter by orientation.
- Should be well groomed and presentable with ambassadorship qualities.
Qualification required:
Post-graduate or graduate with appropriate experience

Preferred Age Group : 20-29 Yrs
Preferred Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate.
