Responsibilities :

- Assist customers in opening new accounts, providing information on various banking products and services

- Receive and process cash deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately. Ensure adherence to established cash handling and security procedures.

- Maintain and update customer account information, forms, and records. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and bank policies.

- Identify customer needs and promote appropriate banking products and services

- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the branch.

- Perform various financial transactions, including fund transfers, issuing drafts, managing check books, and processing loan applications.

Requirements :

- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
