Responsibilities :

- Reach out to potential customers through virtual channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).

- Educate customers about our range of banking products and services.

- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships.

- Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.

- Build and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

- Receive the inbound calls and provide appropriate solution.

- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

- Oversee the relationship with customers handled by your team.

- Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.

Desired Candidate:

- Should have good communication in Telugu, Hindi and English.

- Freshers are preferred.

Qualifications:

- 0-2 years of sales experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to adapt to a rotational shift schedule.

- A proactive and goal-oriented attitude.
