Sales Role - Bancassurance Channel - Life Insurance (1-3 yrs)
Criteria : Any Graduate/MBA
- Minimum 6 months of Experience in life insurance -Sales -Telesales /VRM/Tele channel / Relationship Manager / Bancassurance / Banc channel Experience preferred.
- Good Communication Skills
- Excellent customer handling skills.
- Should be goal-oriented
- Max 30 years of age.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Handling Bank Branch for Life Insurance Products.
- Relationship building with employees and branch managers of the concerned bank and to keep them motivated for business generation
- Increase sales of insurance products through assigned Bank Branch and devising plans to increase insurance sales through Banc staff and customers
- Getting leads from allotted Bank branches and source business through direct marketing techniques.
- Support branch employees in their sales effort, in terms of generating benefit illustrations, accompanying on client calls if required, etc
- Spearhead all lead generation initiatives from the bank whether through walk-in, data-mining, referrals, and others.
- Joint Calls with bank branch staff for sales of Insurance Products.
- Training of Branch Employees on regular basis on insurance products.
