Sales Role - Bancassurance Channel - General Insurance (1-15 yrs)
We are having an urgent opening for Banca Channel in General Insurance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for Customized process structure, to streamline, the business flow post tie ups.
2. Developing and procuring business model, to facilitate banca
3. Training & development of Bank officials to facilitate & drive business within the region.
4. Monitoring & motivating the bank team, to attain business targets.
5. Time bound commitment & accomplishment of business targets, as assigned by the manager.
SKILLS
1. Should have hands on experience in servicing of banks.
2. Should have strong knowledge & business relations in the region
3. Should be a go getter & Self Motivator
4. Should have strong Marketing & Negotiation skills
5. Should have Excellent Communication Skills & a team player
6. Minimum 4-6 yrs of Marketing experience in General Insurance Industry
