Sales Role - Bancassurance Channel - Bank (1-5 yrs)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Will be responsible for meeting sales target through Bank's IRMS/IROs
- Will be responsible for maintaining relationships with IRMs/ IROs
- Shall adhere to agree TATs on first customer contact and follow-ups from the date of the lead being registered.
- Maintain daily Meeting and Reporting rhythm
- Support IRMs / IROs in joint closure of case
- Direct closure of cases that is allocated
- Train the IRO/ IRM on product and pitches
- Drive effectively the Reward and recognition programs launched for the bank staff.
- Meet the product Goals
MEASURES OF SUCCESS :
- Achieving Business Target milestones - AFYP / Blended premium, and no. of cases.
- Relationship with IRO/ IRMs
- Effective Lead generation and meet value / number targets
