Sales Role - Ayurvedic Product (0-1 yrs)
- Report to Regional Sales Manager

- Responsible for the overall performance of the state
- Should have a strong hold in the market & should be well versed with the demographics and geographic of the territory
- Should have good relationship with the retailers, distributors and SS in the markets
- Should be able to command and guide the team
- Should have worked in the Ayurveda industry for at least 3 years
- Should be able to generate daily and monthly reports and establish a strong tracking system within the state
- Manage staff to accomplish human resource objectives across many different districts. Control significant decisions, recruit new staff whenever required and increase sales by improving employee engagement techniques.
- Should be able to remotely supervise a team of salespeople and set profitable goals.
- Excellent communication skills with a strategic mind-set.
- Create sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Support teams of all the states with day-to-day operation
- Evaluate team and individual performances
- Forecast quarterly and annual sales & profits
