Job Title: Residence Sales Engineer

- To effectively develop and execute building automation solutions and services in assigned accounts/ territory/region.

- Responsible for analyzing the customer's needs with respect to our offerings and propose solutions to the customer to achieve their objectives.

- Effectively conduct customer presentations to all levels of the customer's organization.

- Identify and cultivate strategic relationships at all levels of the customer's organization.

- Understanding customer's need and providing techno-commercial offers to the customers.

- New customer development by following up on leads and prospecting.

- Follow up quotations, commercial negotiations and persuade/convince customer to place the order with us.

- Preparing MIS reports for office and keeping customer records

- Meet sales target.

Skills and Abilities Required:

- Fluency in English, very good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

- Self-driven, Systematic and result orientated.

- Technical knowledge about building automation products and solutions

- Should have excellent sales skills, negotiation skills, convincing skills, analytical skills, Team working ability and communication skills.

- Should have capability to understand customer's requirement and ability to configure optimum system as per customer's need.

- Adhere to systems, procedures, policies laid down by the company from time to time.

- Creativity & Ability to explore and adapt to new technologies.

- Willingness to travel once in a week only

Qualifications Required:

- Experience: 4 - 5 years in selling Building Automation Services / Solutions.

Salary- 20 to 30 % Hike on current CTC depend on candidate to candidate
