Sales Role - Architecture Glass Business (3-5 yrs)
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architectural Glass Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the architectural glass industry, and will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and other industry professionals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Present and promote our range of architectural glass products to potential clients, showcasing features, benefits, and applications.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide technical advice and support to clients regarding glass specifications, applications, and installation.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the architectural glass or building materials industry.
- Strong understanding of architectural glass products, applications, and market trends.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
