Sales Role - Apparel/Fashion (0-3 yrs)
Job Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Apparel Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting our range of high-quality apparel products.
- You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide exceptional service, and ensure product satisfaction. A passion for fashion, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet sales targets are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and understanding their apparel needs.
- Provide expert knowledge of product features, styling advice, and fabric care.
- Promote new collections, seasonal items, and exclusive offers to customers.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure displays are well-organized and appealing.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business.
- Track inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and process sales transactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to effectively position our offerings.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to marketing strategies to boost store traffic.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in fashion, retail, or business preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in apparel or fashion, is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
