Educational qualification : B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Engineering or any graduate with relevant work experience. MBA (Marketing) would be preferred but not mandatory.

Work experience :
- Around 2 years to 6 years of relevant work experience in Sales Engineer- Spares
- Sales & Business Development of product line
- Responsible for identifying and achieving new business avenues
- Responsible for developing and achieving Sales & implementing Marketing plans, for existing and new products in line with the Organization's Goals and Objectives in the National Market
- Mapping new and potential customers and generating new leads
- Achieve micro-level targets for each territory / segment / product / customer
Job Profile :
- Targeting growth and increasing market share by good coverage of the versatile market, retaining existing customer and Nurturing Key Accounts, adding New Customers, Entering New Application.
- Ensuring Profitability by way of higher price realization, keeping sales/services costs under check
- ensuring receivables are kept to the minimum and reducing bad debts.
- Track the business environment, Competitor product analysis and generate in-roads for the company into non-traditional / new market segments.
- Represent the organization and enhance its brand image by participating in relevant forums, associations, exhibitions, and seminars.
- To forecast Sales & Inventory Management.
- Routine follow-up with prospective customers and responding with reference to proposals.
- Drafting Tenders along with Technical Specifications, BID analysis & commercial terms- conditions.
- To ensure the Sales Team is technically competent and systems are in place to ensure consistent and appropriate estimates and quotations.
- To collect requirements for the products from the potential customer and penetrate the market.
- To address and resolve customer complaints in co-ordination with technical dept.
- Responsible for timely collection of payments, various statutory forms & receive
- Costing team for Pricing Inputs
- Plant for technical feasibility, status of order and dispatch
- Purchase for special customer requirements
- Accounts for payment realization in time, short-payment settlements, adjustment of credit & debit notes.
