Agency Channel :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing insurance agencies and develop partnerships with new agencies.
- Collaborate with agency partners to understand their clients' insurance needs and provide tailored life insurance solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for agency staff to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Monitor agency performance, track sales metrics, and implement strategies to optimize sales outcomes.
- Regularly communicate with agency partners to address queries, resolve issues, and foster a positive working relationship.
Direct Channel :
- Generate leads and proactively reach out to potential customers through various direct marketing and sales techniques.
- Conduct informative and persuasive product presentations to educate clients about the benefits of our life insurance offerings.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to policy issuance, providing exceptional customer service at all stages.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our products in the direct sales market.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by consistently meeting or surpassing established goals.
