- We are seeking for an encaustic sales manager for a leading company
Roles :
- Business Development Sales Support to your team and customers
- Recruiting and Managing a team of financial advisors/agents.
- Train team members on selling and products.
- Plan/ Control/ Monitor team to meet desired business numbers.
- Manage Performance, Persistency, and Profitability of the unit assigned.
Requirement :
Experience : Minimum 1 Year in any Field of Sales and Marketing
CTC : Up to 2.80 LPA + Incentive + Other benefit
Job Type : Full Time-On Roll
Education : Any Graduation
