About the Role:

The Sales Engineer will be the esteemed representative of Bipico Industries and its distinguished range of products and services in the Bilmora area. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a stellar track record in B2B sales and marketing of manufacturing products. They will be entrusted with the responsibility of researching and pursuing the development of new products, along with converting leads into revenue-generating clientele. The candidate should embody the qualities of a self-starter, prepared to cultivate new key customer accounts and expand the market presence in new territories.

Key Responsibilities:

Execution of Sales Strategy:

- Implement local sales strategies set by management to achieve business objectives.

Business Development:

- Identify potential opportunities and convert them into revenue-generating customers.

- Forecast and achieve weekly and monthly Key Result Areas (KRAs).

Market Exploration:

- Travel within and around Bilmora to discover and pursue new leads.

- Monitor and research industry trends to drive potential revenue.

Client Servicing:

- Visit client offices/factories and demonstrate the use and capabilities of products.

- Maintain professional relationships with clientele and provide pre and post-sales technical support.

Representation and Marketing:

- Represent Bipico at local trade shows and marketing events.

- Develop and execute customized targeted sales and pricing strategies.

- Track and manage daily expenditure records.

Sales Outreach:

- Conduct cold calling to engage potential clients and convert leads into business.

Reporting :

- Create internal reports for management.

Pre-Requisite Qualifications :

- Bachelor's in Engineering (BE) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME).

- Knowledge of Business and Management; MBA or equivalent is preferred.

- 4 or more years of technology-related business development, marketing, or sales experience.

- Experience in marketing of industrial products such as high-speed cutting tools or saw blades will be highly favored.

- Proficiency in dealer management and extensive geographical knowledge of the area.

- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.

- Excellent written, verbal, and collaborative skills in English and Hindi.

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
