Sales Role - 3D Printing (3-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Demonstrate basic working knowledge on all major 3D printing applications general prototyping, casting, light weighting, assembly consolidation, design for additive manufacturing, etc.
- Responsible for sales and business development. Driving non-linear sales growth, increasing market share, mindshare and brand visibility of the company is a critical part of this role.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share, design branding, positioning and pricing strategies.
- Lead generation - meet or exceed assigned revenue and new leads targets, achieving profitable sales volumes and strategic objectives. Prepare action plans for client acquisition and retention.
- Work in close collaboration with the technical team to understand customer requirements and provide solutions to achieve rapid and sustainable business growth.
- Formulating go-to-market strategies and executing the same. Preparing project execution plans, scope documents for market entry and penetration across industry segments.
- Analyzing sales statistics, variance analysis and identifying areas of improvement
- Devising solutions that best address end-user needs while coordinating the involvement of all stakeholders.
- Design and deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Participate and represent the company in trade shows, conferences, seminars, sales and marketing events and other public forums
- Generate timely forecasts, presentations and reports as directed
Skill Set Required :
- Excellent command over English and Hindi. Working knowledge of few more Indian languages will be preferred
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software, with familiarity with SEO and keyword research. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Strong writing and editing skills, with experience creating content for various channels. Knowledge of website analytics tools and experience in analyzing data
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Set up, organize, and execute trade show booths
- Driven sales leader - able to create new business and achieve targets.
- Proven deal closer - should have built a business from scratch in a particular geography.
- Activeness on social media and public speaking experience would be preferred
- Innovative mindset, excellent leadership and managerial skills
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively
