Overview of Responsibilities :

Lead the execution and implementation of sales and business development for a range of products, ABS, PPE, HDEP, Black and White Master Batch encompassing value selling, product promotion, key account management, product testing, technical issue resolution, price negotiation, and demand forecasting.

Qualification and experiences :


BE/B. tech or BSc with MBA & Having10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within B2B segments & having Background in Black and White Master Batch Sales & operations is required (sourcing of 3rd party material).

Job Description :

- Identify the opportunities for new business.

- Leading the sales and business development team.

- Develop the potential customers with strong relation.

- Achieve the sales target as per the company norms.

- Handling the entire sales operations part from sample approval to collection of payment.
