Role Description:-
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales Representative at Globelink Marketing located in Noida sector 142.. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for cold calling and lead generation, the sales team to achieve company sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and providing guidance and support to team members. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders, monitoring and analyzing sales performance data, and making recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in BPO, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
