Job Title: Sales Executive
Reports to: Sales Manager
Location: BTM LAYOUT
Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Good communication, convening skills , sales, marketing knowledge & should have 4 wheeler driving with license manadatory , Or candidates should have license with in 3 months from joining.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
4. Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients.
6. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
7. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on new products and services.
8. Provide feedback and insights to the sales team and management to continuously improve sales strategies.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years of sales experience in a similar industry.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
1. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce.com).
2. Knowledge of the industry and its trends.
3. Certification in sales
