- As a Commission-Based Sales Representative at Wellhana, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients.
- You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing deals with various types of organizations, including small and large businesses, educators, NGOs and other work places.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
Sales Process: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to engage prospects, understand their needs, and present compelling solutions.
Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of Wellhana's products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the HR or SaaS industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently Self-motivated and results-oriented.

You will earn major commission on each sale you generate. We offer 50% commission on sales, which is about $100 - $1,000 for each sale you make on list prices!
