Sales Role (0-2 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Servicing the needs of the customers i.e., obtaining orders, establishing new customers, architects, developers and organizing daily work schedule to follow up and retaining existing or new clients. Keep up to date knowledge of the products.
- Managing data and information by working on daily activity reports which includes sales reports, visit reports, lead index etc.
- Conducting meetings with important stakeholders such as architects, builders, contractors etc. on a day-to-day basis to pitch architectural lights and other offerings of White Teak.
- Visiting 4-5 sites daily in your allocated geography to generate potential leads of lights and decor and working towards conversion of the same.
- Identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, competitor's strengths and weaknesses.
Education/Qualifications :
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Lighting Products and its offerings
- In-depth understanding of sales and customer service techniques

- Ability to deliver a sales pitch, meeting Sales Goals, should be able to convert customers, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Ability to maintain client Relationships, Excellent sales skills
- Good planning and organizational skills
- The ability to work calmly under pressure
- Highly confident individual with good communication and negotiation skills
