Responsibility :
- Responsible for New Media initiatives - online and WAP.
- Managing, hiring and training the team to meet the revenue goals increase the market share and strike strategic alliances to meet the revenue goals.
- Map the trends in the domestic and international market and developing and executing strategic plans for customer retention and acquisition.
- Creating innovative offerings based on market data and competitive conditions. Responsible for achieving key revenue milestones for the company.
- Monetizing online and WAP banner inventory and creating opportunities and innovative solutions for advertisers.
- Creating value products for the Web synergy and monetization of such opportunities. Developing deep relationships with clients and agencies for the business.
