Kindly note that initially the employee would be on contract for 2 years [Client's Payroll, and contract is renewed based on performance. If an employee performs exceptionally well, after a minimum span of 9 months from date of joining, he may be moved on rolls [either Clients / TeamSpace as is decided by Client on case to case basis]. Position details
Personal Loan:
Job Role : Business Development / Sales of Personal Loan products
- Designation : Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
- Salary Range : CTC of INR 12,500 to 15,000 p.m. (including reimbursements and mobile expenses) besides Incentives
- Minimum Qualification : Graduation (No Relaxation)
- Minimum Experience : Atleast 6 months in Personal Loans Sales (No Freshers)
- Job Description:
- Acquisition of clients & generating revenue through Personal Loan Products
- Responsible for generating business through channel partners (DSA / DST / Agencies, etc.) and Direct Sales
- Empanelling DSAs, channel tie-ups, planning and monitoring joint promotional activities with DSA / Channel Partners
- Managing business partners & channel partners (DSA / DST / Agencies, etc.)
- Zero compliance issues, adherence to company policies & KYC
- Good communication skills and customer handling skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Must not have any Political / Criminal antecedents (Candidate needs to provide Self-declaration on Selection)
Home Loan:
Job Role : Business Development / Sales of Home Loan products
