Sales Representative/Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers
- Build long-term relationships with clients and customers
- Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues
- Notify the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities
- Encourage high-sales and good customer service practices
- Cross-selling assets & liability products
- Customer Service point of contact
- Working closely with operations & ensuring smooth sales
- Researching competing products Identifying opportunities to increase sales
- Assisting in the development and execution of sales and marketing plans.Work with bank staff
Desired Candidate :
- Bachelor Degree is mandatory
- Candidate should have min. 2+ years of experience in Banking/Finance/Insurance sector
- Having best communication skill
- Ready for sales to walking customer in bank
