Sales Representative - IT (1-5 yrs)
- Selling and promoting online sales/solutions to pre- generated leads by assessing their requirements.
- Achieving monetary targets through fresh client acquisition and growing the existing client base by upselling / cross selling.
- Regular interactions with client ensuring follow ups and client engagement.
- Identifying the need and proposing digital advertisement helping the client generate required responses.
- Handling end to end sales cycle starting from prospecting, positioning, negotiating and closing on commercials .
- Building and managing strong relationships with customers to ensure timely renewals and minimum drop-outs.
- Understanding the client requirements and providing customized services focusing on creating customer satisfaction primarily into B2C environment.
