Sales Representative - Interior Product (2-5 yrs)
Job Overview :
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Present, promote, and sell products to prospective customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to their needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve better results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Qualification s:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in Interior product for minimum 2 year.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
