Sales Representative - Inbound Process - Laboratory Equipment (0-5 yrs)

The Job :
Key Responsibilities :
Inbound Inquiries : Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from potential clients seeking information about our scientific equipment.
Product Consultation : Provide detailed information about our product portfolio, explaining features, and benefits, and addressing customer inquiries to help them make informed decisions.
Customer Guidance : Assist customers in selecting the most suitable solutions based on their specific needs, budget constraints, and technical requirements.
Order Processing : Guide customers through the order process, ensuring a seamless and positive buying experience.
Issue Resolution : Address customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate with relevant teams to provide effective solutions.
Upselling and Cross-selling : Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to meet customer needs.
Customer Follow-up : Conduct follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback on their experience.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year of experience within a B2B Sales/Account Executive role, ideally within the Consumer Health, Hospital/Health Care/Healthtech and Medical Devices industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
