My Client is searching for aggressive, dedicated and passionate individuals who are ready to join a company that is currently building strong momentum and growth. You will offer business and organizations tailored solutions with my client Technology. As a sales representative, you will be essential in building customer relationships, aligning customer priorities with my client value.

Position Type: Full-Time, Non-exempt, Days and hours of work are Monday through

Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Essential Responsibilities

- Learn the market, technologies and techniques to develop a strong sales approach

- Build and maintain a book of business for profitable growth

- Offer excellent customer satisfaction for high customer rating

- Must demonstrate skills in the following areas : critical thinking, problem solving, time management, organization, effective communication and multi-tasking

- Provide effective communication to management and field sales regarding growth opportunities and areas of improvement with respective accounts.

- Must pass the internal product certification training within probation period.

- Must constantly learn and expand knowledge in new products, competitors, and market.

- May perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree required

- 2-7 years sales experience preferably in medical and fitness equipment

- Excellent oral, written & interpersonal skills, persuasive and expositive skills.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and have CRM knowledge

- Ability to effectively make formal and informal product presentations

- Ability to work and contribute to a family atmosphere

- Valid Driver's License

- Travel up to 10-20%

Desired Start Date: ASAP

Office Location: Mumbai / Pune

Probation period 3 Months (salary would remain same), and if the performance is good will get a contract for one year. (3+12 = 15 month or 3 + 9 = 12month)
