Eko India Financial Services is an ever-changing company in the world of Fintech. Payments are the next big thing and Eko delivers to make it simpler.
It allows low-wage immigrant workers in the urban areas to remit money to their homes through the chain of retailers/merchants.
Recently, Eko was also awarded by RBI the - Pre-paid issuance license. This license enables Eko to provide payment services independently of its banking partners to millions of customer whom Eko wishes to touch over the next couple of years. Currently, S.B.S. serves several merchants, in North Eastern states of India.

Role
- Establish and manage a network of distributors and retailers in the given territory - Create/expand and lead a team of Channel Partners/I-CSPs.
- Own very aggressive targets for expanding the network, customer acquisition, transaction value and revenue from services new to the market.
- Manage relationship with local vendors and partner Bank's local branches. Be responsible for profit and loss from the assigned territory.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Post Graduate.
- 1- 3 years of experience in channel management in FMCG/ Banking/ Financial Services sector.
Essential Skills
- Very good communication (written, verbal and email etiquette).
- Creative thinking, performing under pressure and ability to express is extremely important.
- Understanding of consumer and channel behaviour.
- Good convincing/influencing skills.
- Open to travel
