Job Role:
- 3+ years experience of selling Construction Equipments / Earth Moving Equipment / Road Construction Equipment
- B. Tech/ Diploma/ or any graduate with work experience in similar industry.
Role in brief:
Responsible for the maximization of sales and marketing of company's products to achieve defined sales target. Responsible for driving the implementation of strategic initiatives to accelerate growth in sales in the allocated Territory. Developing core customers & dealership management
Job Responsibilities:
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers in a designated region
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend machinery best suit their Business needs.
- Negotiation and finalization of orders with customers
- Responsible for after sales service to customers
- Responsible for sales of plants pares
- Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their managers.
- Customer complaint management
- Formulate annual & monthly sales plan and implement sales strategy
- Travelling to visit potential clients in assigned region
