Sales Promoter - Iron & Steel Firm (0-1 yrs)
Job Summary :
- The Sales Promoters responsibilities include attracting new customers and improving profits, assisting with product launches and events, improving knowledge of the product range, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
- Will identify the potential customer in his allocated area.
- Helps the customer to find the requirements as per his choice.
- Deliver's presentation and demonstration to customer's, based on his requirements in coordinate with the area sales executive.
Duties/Responsibilities :
- Listening to what customers want and helping them find the perfect product for their needs.
- Constantly building product knowledge and delivering this knowledge in engaging ways.
- Identify our potential customer in his allocated area.
- The candidate should do the mapping according to the company's needs.
- Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers.
- Following up with customers and his reporting manager over the leads generated.
- Submitting his lead reports to his reporting manager on daily basis.
- Searching for new business opportunities.
Required Skills/Abilities :
- A fresher or a proven working experience as a promoter.
- The candidate should be a travelling freak.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
- Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills
Education and Experience :
- UG or PG Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering or Management.
- Comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
- At least one year of sales experience required.
Salary & Remuneration :
- The selected candidates will be offered with the monthly salary of Rs.15000 in hand.
- The selected candidates are eligible to claim their travel expenses as per their Kilometer travelled & lunch as per the policy.
Requirements :
- He/She should hold a Two-wheeler with valid documents & his valid driving license.
- He/She should hold a well-maintained smartphone in working condition
