Sales & Profit - Regional Sales Manager/Sales Manager (7-12 yrs)
- Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
- Develop & maintain Relation with OEM's & Manufacturer
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
- Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
- Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
- Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Should Maintain Large Enterprise accounts while Hunting for New accounts.
- Should Manage Team's performance and Development.
Requirements :
Skills & Experience :
- Strong Verbal and Written Communications skills, Including Presentation skills.
- Strong Relationship Building, Customer Analyses and Negotiation Skills.
- Ability to work Collaboratively with all the Verticals across the all Geographical Locations.
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
- Availability to travel as needed
- Experience in selling Datacenter products like servers, storage, DCIM, connectivity, Infrastructure, Networking Solutions etc.
