Sales & Profit - Inside Sales Specialist (5-10 yrs)
Key Skills:
- Should have experience in selling to International customers (US preferred).
- Highly motivated and has the ability and desire to grow in the company.
- Has proven track record of over achieving revenue targets.
- Cloud based/SAAS solution selling with technical knowledge of the same, would be great advantage
- Should have exposure to managing inside sales teams.
- Hands-on experience in the entire Inside Sales life-cycle including prospecting, lead qualification, requirement gathering & understanding, product demos, negotiation & sales closure.
- Experience of working with geographically diverse/distributed teams.
Mandatory Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of overall experience with majority of it in international telesales, preferably with mid/ large size companies.
- Thoroughly trained in Voice and Accent based international sales processes.
- Should have worked as per US Time Zone (Night Shifts).
- Exceptional written, oral and presentation skills.
- Good command of MS Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
