Sales & Profit - Executive - Business Development (1-2 yrs)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Colleague to learn about different aspects of B2B sales cycle and also different techniques used for Complex sales.
- Generate new leads to Demonstrate the product through Audio/Web /meeting customers
- To work closely with Business Development Managers to qualify prospects, coordinate meetings, drive new opportunities and build business.
- Learn about prospects, needs, decision making process and understand how we can help customers in Win-Win way.
- Effectively communicate how our product can help prospects business.
- Strives to meet or exceed prospecting goals on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Skills and Specifications :
- A Business Development trainee must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Candidate also needs to have good analytical skills and willing to be customer focused.
- Candidate should be hardworking and willing to do a lot of legwork if required
Education and Qualifications
- Business Development Trainee should be from MBA/BE/Graduate.
- Must have basic computer knowledge and should be well verse with Microsoft Office.
Required:
- Good academic back ground
- Technical background would be preferred
- Willing to make career in Sales/BD
- Should have done B2B sales, enterprise sales
- Candidates selling to BFSI, IT, telecom companies would be preferred
- Candidates selling to marketing function would be preferred
- Good communication skills (Written & Verbal)
