Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the tooling industry.
- Identify and approach potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Provide technical expertise to customers, understanding their requirements, and offering appropriate tooling solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of the company's products.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product improvements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements with clients.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to present to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide insights for business growth.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tooling or manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of tooling products and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
