Sales Professional - Tool Steel/Specialty Steel (5-15 yrs)
- Establish new business ventures by coordinating with customers in the specialtiy segments
- Business development activities by coordinating with product managers.
- Reporting on client development to management
- Involve in commercial discussion with customer & Price settlement and negotiations.
- Sample submission to the customer with all documents as per customer plan and get the sample approval from customer.
- Introduction of new product lines to customer.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting business projection; establishing targeted market share.
- Improving product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; coordination activities for new product development.
- Maintaining key accounts- reports.
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Accomplishing organizational goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing, managing relationship between the organization and customers.
- Target all related corporate customers, developing strategic accounts in west region, and help develop corporate client level marketing and selling strategies.
- Working and representing the organization to executive level contacts at outside companies.
- Portray leadership as a professional sales executive who thinks strategically, work smart and drive hard to accomplish Hitachi Metals India sales goals.
- Direct the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities for all business segments in west region.
- Provide accurate and timely visit/ Monthly/ technical reporting to organization.
