- Identifying the prospectus INDIA having the requirements for Modular Enclosure. To ensure effective conversion through all marketing collaterals.
- When meeting the prospects understand their Need Desire and Problem and plan for Solution.
- Understand Who are all our product competitors and do strategy to generate the leads in the market.
- Always work towards 6P Marketing strategy.
- Compile the identified prospectus to have a database to categorize based on the size of consumption.
- Grouping the key customers to ensure more profitability.
- Product approval process for enlistment.
- Generating products enquiry PAN India, Focus plan and execute.
- More focus on Magnetic marketing and Referral marketing to generate the Lead.
- Qualifying the enquiry by keeping eye on customer size, business aspects, clarity in spec and terms and conditions.
- Study through the submitted offer, interact with the prospectus/customer to ensure writing and written are same for execution.
- Identify the worthy stockist, dealers, PBM's agent in area wise.
- Time to time monitor the competitor's strategy, system, market move and market sharing to reframe our strength to surpass the targets.
- Ensuring respective clearance from CEO before commit to the customer on behalf of the company.
- Time to time update for MIS reports in google drive.
- Continuous follow up with prospects after sending the enquiry.
- Close co-ordination with sales support team and provide time to time inputs from customer for smooth flow.
- Understand and keep update the knowledge government rules and benefits.
- Build Sales and Marketing strategies, Systems and processes which helps to honour and align to the committed sales Target/Number.
- Study the technical concepts of each products and build marketing strategy for LinkedIn marketing and blogs to increase the brand reach.
- Watch marketing and motivational videos on YouTube.(to understand the concept)
- Basic needs of panel builders stopping them from growth and how Company helps them out.
- Go through websites & know who are our competitors like ELSTEEL.com,LOGSTRUP.com,CUBIC.DK,KIKBLOC,KIKGLOBAL.com
- Go through all brochures, product range and understand prime and aligned products.
- Co-Ordinate with estimation and sales team for smooth flow.
- Build Sales and Marketing strategies, Systems and processes which helps to honour and align to the committed sales Target/Number.
- Time to time submission of reports based on sales visit, strategy be applied for sure orders receipt and QRM process.
- Maintain necessary data and records for future reference
