Job Title: Sales - Rajasthan, UP & Haryana

Job Description:

A Leading Co. who does research and development of solar power converters and also manufactures the same for its product range of Solar Micro Cold Storages, and Ecotron Solar Pumping Systems requires Personal Assistant for Pune location.

Role Purpose: The candidate will work for the Sales team in driving sales activities primarily across their region as well as to other parts of India by performing the below mentioned duties.

Responsibilities :

- Manages sales of Ecotron within a defined geographic area.

- Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.

- Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings.

- Collaborates with sales team in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.

- Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with sales/business development head.

- Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures

Eligibility:

- Should have mandatory experience in sale of Solar Controllers, Panels etc.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in sales.

- Completing the Annual sales target of 1Cr.

- Good communication skills

- Experience of selling pumps, controllers or solar modules / inverter etc.

Qualification : Any Engineering Degree, or graduate with relevant experience.
