Sales Professional - Security Systems - ELV (3-5 yrs)

Job Description :
As our Security Systems Sales Engineer, you would be responsible for sales of Security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Scanners, Integrated Systems) through developing and maintaining client relationships and expanding the company's current client base.
Responsibilities :
- Identify sales prospects within assigned territory and provide accurate forecasts and activity reports to management
- Analyze cross-selling and up-selling opportunities ensuring that all company products and services have been thoroughly presented and the sales cycle successfully executed
- Develop price quotations and bid responses that are complete, accurate, and profitable.
- Prepare contracts and pricing strategies for targets accounts and submit all required documentation
- Work with the installation team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation
- Responsible for developing and executing quarterly sales plans to expand existing client base and generate new business to meet established quota
- Meet or exceed aggressive monthly GP quota
- Establish professional relationships with manufacturer sales and sales engineering personnel.
- Represent company at technological briefings and trade shows as assigned
- Participate in training and professional development activities as prescribed by management
Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's Degree Required and/or relevant experience
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Security System Sales Engineer dealing in CCTV Cameras, VMS, Access Control etc.
- Ability to understand, present and demonstrate visual collaboration products and services to end user customers
- Experience in handling brands like Bosch, Gallagher, Axis, Milestone, Prowatch, Genetec
- Must have clear and professional communication skills (written & oral) both
- Excellent spoken and written language skills and grammar
- Ability to work in a team environment with excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated with an attention to detail
- Ability to travel for pre-sale client presentations, site surveys, installations, service
- Knowledge of CCTV standards & practices, software tools essential
- Oman or GCC market knowledge preferred not necessary
