Sales Professional - Real Estate/Home Loan (2-5 yrs)
Our client is India's leading B2B Real Estate & Financial Services platform with over 2400+ distribution partners nationwide.
We have been retained by our client to assist in following position:
Position : Sales professionals
Location : Bangalore
Experience : 2+ yrs
Qualification : Any Graduate
NOTE: Candidates having experience either real estate property sales OR home loans / housing loans sales shall apply..
Having experience in Channel Sales would be a BIG plus.
Key responsibility:
- Build and increase relationship with Channel Partners.
- Study and understand all Real Estate Products available for promotion.
- Creating Leads & closures for Real Estate Properties, Source Developers for Capital Advisory, Fund Raising in PMS, and other related products.
- Achieving Monthly sales targets through channel sales.
- Support Research Head in Research of micro market for Fund and HFC transactions
