The Job :

- Our client is seeking accomplished Sales Experts to partner with our esteemed organization. As a Sales Expert, you will leverage your expertise in sales, business development, and client relationship management to drive growth and expand our reach in delivering our solutions to businesses locally as well as globally.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

- Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.

- Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, managing the entire sales cycle effectively.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor.

- Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate :

- Proven track record (5+ years) of success in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within IT solutions/Trainings/Consultancy

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently, driven by a results-oriented mindset.

- Understanding of Software development lifecycle/IT Industry practices
