Location: Nashik, Maharashtra - Hybrid (Office + Field)
Experience: 1-2 Years
Must-Have:
- Min. 1 year experience in B2B Sales
- Good experience in Client Relationship and Field sales
Job Details:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the Nashik region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct site visits to assess client's requirements and customer relations
- Prepare and present proposals and question's to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Skills and Experience :
Proven sales experience in the energy or related industry.
- Strong understanding of the electricity and energy market, especially in Maharashtra.
- Readiness to travel.
- Knowledge of open access, net metering, and rooftop solar systems will be added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
