Role Description:

GenZS Recruitment Solutions is hiring for a Project Sales Engineer role. This is a full-time, on-site position where the candidate will be responsible for project sales, sales management, client communication, and customer service. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets, driving business growth, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare tender study reports by analyzing the scope of work for capital goods and air piping/compressor industry projects.

2. Generate inquiries and drive sales initiatives independently.

3. Submit detailed offers and plan client visits, including travel as needed.

4. Maintain excellent communication with clients and ensure effective project sales management.

Qualifications:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).

Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preference will be given to candidates with a background in compressor sales or industrial products.

Locations Available: Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gujarat, Coimbatore.
