Position: Sales Staff
Location: Delhi , Lajpat Nagar & Achini location
- We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Staff member to join our team .
- The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience working in an electronics showroom or shop and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing electronic products, providing knowledgeable and personalized service.
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of various electronic products.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of current promotions, product features, and industry trends.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting regular stock counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and create a positive shopping experience.
- Stay updated on new products and technologies in the electronics industry
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within an electronics showroom or shop.
- Previous experience as a store manager is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of electronic products and the ability to convey this to customers effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: - 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
