Sales Professional - Electrical Testing Equipment (7-10 yrs)
Job Description :
Josts Engineering Company is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team, specializing in electrical testing equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales within the engineering or manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales and Business Development :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electrical testing equipment sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
Technical Support :
- Provide technical guidance and product demonstrations to clients.
- Assist customers in selecting the right equipment based on their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to address customer queries and technical issues.
Proposal Development :
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales in alignment with company goals.
Product Knowledge :
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitive offerings.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company and promote products.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback from customers to improve product design and functionality.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in electrical testing equipment or related industries.
- Strong technical understanding of electrical testing methods and equipment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
