Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Components Sales/Service Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Pune, and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales or servicing of electrical components and industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and develop business opportunities for electrical components in industrial and commercial sectors.

- Build and maintain relationships with customers, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate solutions.

- Provide technical support, product demonstrations, and presentations to clients.

- Handle after-sales service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical components.

- Work closely with the internal sales and service teams to meet targets.

- Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and customer needs.

- Prepare and submit sales/service reports and documentation.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

- 2-5 years of experience in sales or service of electrical components.

- Strong technical knowledge of electrical products such as motors, drives, transformers, circuit breakers, etc.

- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.

- Ability to work independently and travel frequently within the assigned territory.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in industrial automation or electrical component distribution.

- Knowledge of local markets in Bangalore, Pune, and Hyderabad.

- Prior experience in working with OEMs and distributors.
